"After a long time of services the Managing Director of our Dutch subsidiary left by the end of the year. As a result, we were forced to look for a successor for this subsidiary, which was in a critical shape at the time. Regardless experiencing extreme levels of stress, he uninterrupted acted calm, thoughtful and focused. In a very short period he gained the employees' trust and was experienced as a competed partner. During our European meetings he valuably contributed in business and strategic discussions. Based on a new level of trust, customer relations established, in general resulting in a more positive company image. In addition, Mr. Probst was available by the selection process and initial period of his successor.

As a result, we would like to stress that we are exceptionally satisfied with his performance. We clearly would hire Mr. Probst again if a comparable assignment would appear and would like to recommend him without any doubt."
